2/10-3/6
I have so many pictures and can't upload them right now for some reason- Apologies!
The kids have been working away on their Living Museum projects. At this point, they have all finished their speeches and either have them memorized or are in the process of memorizing. Please ask them at home to tell you their speech! Once they have it memorized they should be working on slowing down, speaking clearly at a level that is understandable, and with expression. They are so excited to show you what they've done!
In Math, we combined and finished Units 8 and 9. We are now at the end of Unit 10 (multiplying with multiples of 10 and utilizing the distributive property of multiplication) and will be taking that practice/regular assessments this week.
In Social Studies, we've learned about the Louisiana Purchase and the Lewis and Clark expedition. Ask your kiddo to tell you about it!
In Religion, we've been learning all about the Stations of the Cross and Lent. Today we practiced almsgiving by writing kind notes to our specials teachers (Mr. Stricker, Mr. Ranek, and Ms. Loser)!
I can't wait to see you all Thursday morning and evening!
